But why?
The driver recognition tag is what the Starline Security System is looking for before it can disarm the alarm and allow the vehicle to start. If your alarm is only relying on the central locking to disarm then a stolen or cloned car key will allow an aftermarket security system to disarm and start.
If the aftermarket alarm is looking for a driver ID tag, then even a stolen key will not allow the car to be stolen.
