Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, your details and order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@autocommunications.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package.  You will be responsible for the postage fee for any returned items.  Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can look into and rectify the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return (see above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Lost/Undelivered Packages

If an item has been lost/delayed by any postal service, the first step is for us to carry out an investigation as to the whereabouts of the package.  This could take up to 30 days, but we will keep you updated as to the progress.  

We always aim for the outcome of any investigation to conclude with the package being delivered to you.  However, in the event that your package is irretrievable, we will activate our refund procedure as outlined below. 

Please note we are only able to issue a refund once the investigation process has come to an end.  

Refunds

We will notify you to let you know if a refund is approved or not. 

Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
